I built the eCommerce program from the ground up for Colour Republic Flowers, launching across Amazon, SamsClub.com, Target.com, Albertsons.com, Instacart, and more. I developed the product line from scratch, analyzed COGS, negotiated transportation costs, built a support team by hiring key talent, and executed all branding and communications strategy.
